Project Goals:

Clients had very specific budget desires. They needed a house that could be easily maintained and were not willing to sacrifice any of the charms of a classic mountain home.

Achieved By:

• Exterior stucco, arch top doors, and focusing the stone around the two primary entry doors gave the house a warm European chalet look.
• Lower level wooden library had classic design with very simple details. This was one of several charming finishes that were spread throughout the home.
• Budget maintained by keeping things simple, yet, we provided every finish the owner wanted.
