As we roll out of summer and into fall in the Colorado Rockies, our high-alpine build specialists are hard at work on the next exciting phases of the Chalissima luxury home build.
Staying within expectations of innovative Colorado-Lux residence, the home will be a mountain dream ski-in/ski-out home with a convenient connection to the Breckenridge ski trials. We are constructing a ski room and adjacent mudroom which will effortlessly store ski equipment with lockers and cubbies, and features built-in boot dryers. Swiss reclaimed siding will encase the exterior and is a dominant element throughout the home.
Swiss-built windows have been carefully shipped to us. Our experts are finalizing the decorative stone lintel around the window’s exterior. The stones were quarried in Colorado. The hand-picked Old World Mountain Fieldstone will complete the European Mountain vision for the exterior of the property.
