We own a 2-bedroom unit (4104) at Beaver Run and visited just last weekend. It was our first visit since having our unit remodeled and I'm writing to say how pleased we are with the end result. What a difference! it is worth every cent. (We did a complete remodel of the kitchen, both bathrooms, the dressing room, the entry way, and the living room fireplace wall). End result aside, I also thought you should know how smoothly the process went, thanks to Julie Magliocchetti and Paul Duxbury.

I have known Jeremy Fischer for nearly ten years. We first met when we began to remodel our home in Breckenridge. He and his firm also built a large new deck on the home. Throughout this process everything promised was accomplished without conflicts arising. Somewhat later we entered into a partnership with Jeremy and his firm where we bought vacant lots and Jeremy's firm constructed high end quality homes on the lots for the speculative market. Since I was an absentee partner (only living in Breckenridge a small portion of the year) it was imperative to have a business partner of absolute integrity. I was never given any reason to doubt his word about any matter. Jeremy was in control of how the money was expended and managed all day to day business affairs of the limited partnership we were in together. His only source of income from these projects was from the profits on each home. He also continued to build quality homes on a contract basis for many others. Over the years we became good friends. I would trust him implicitly and can heartily recommend him.
