Ivan Stanley Fine Home Builders loves every stage of the building process and we are excited to share this impressive build alongside international developer Chalissima. This “off-the-charts” luxury build is a unique collaboration, melding Colorado-Lux with International opulence.
The hand-selected location is hidden among the trees where beams of natural light shine. Sitting on a solid stone foundation, the home has rugged yet elegant elements, most importantly featuring curated Swiss-alpine reclaimed wood fabricated in the Chalissima warehouse in Verbier, Switzerland.
Our team completed this extraordinary home in late 2022. The majority of this home's materials came to us from Switzerland, making this truly a collaboration unlike any other.
