Lincoln Street Restorations is situated in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, Colorado This historic home was remodeled by Ivan Stanley Fine Home Builders using as many of the original home building materials as possible. The house was completely lifted to allow a foundation and basement to be constructed. All of the existing windows and siding were reused to preserve the historic look and feel of the home. Jeremy Fischer completely modernized the inner workings of the home with new wiring and plumbing while at the same time preserving its historical appearance. In true Mountain Modern Style, the interior sports a square fireplace; modern LED lighting and trendy finishes along with an advanced entertainment system.
