Conveniently located just south of Breckenridge in the Spruce Valley Ranch subdivision, Ivan Stanley Fine Home Builders completed a full home remodel to this beautiful home. Well before their time, Mountain Modern design elements were utilized in completing this 2001 remodel. The part-time resident of this home is a long time developer and had an eye for detail and extremely high standards. Jeremy Fischer was able to live up to these high standards by working closely with the architect and homeowner. The home was completely stripped, fully rewired and replumbed. Salvaged timbers from the old Stapleton Airport in Denver were utilized, along with stainless steel detailing to create customized showcase trusses. This reclaimed lumber was also used in the construction of the hand-crafted stair railings. The full home theatre in the lower level of the home makes this remodeled house a perfect location for entertainment.
