Originally built in the early 1900s, this turn of the century house and outbuildings along the Blue River in North of Silverthorne were in need of structural support and restoration. Utilizing the skills of the most qualified local tradesmen, Jeremy Fischer brought together and coordinated a master team of designers and subcontractors. The entire home and outbuildings were reconstructed using as many of the original materials as possible. A special combination of ingredients was amassed to create the chinking, the recipe carefully prepared to mimic the original chinking used in the late 1800 – early 1900s, preserving the highest level of authenticity.
