Building a house 1250 miles from home can be very challenging. Ivan Stanley Homes built a vacation home for us in Keystone, Colorado in 2012. Not only was the project on time and on budget, the quality of the work was beyond expectations. Jeremy Fischer's taste was impeccable, and we grew to rely on his recommendations when choices had to be made.

Jeremy was the project manager and on top of things every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with. His allowances were appropriate for the quality of the house we were building and he had a wonderful relationship with our architect.

Our home is now four years old and, even now, Jeremy helps us when little issues come up. We give him and Ivan Stanley Homes an eleven on a scale of one to ten.
