Somewhat later we entered into a partnership with Jeremy and his firm where we bought vacant lots and Jeremy's firm constructed high end quality homes on the lots for the speculative market. Since I was an absentee partner, (only living in Breckenridge a small portion of the year) it was imperative to have a business partner of absolute integrity. I was never given any reason to doubt his word about any matter. Jeremy was in control of how the money was expended and managed all day to day business affairs of the limited partnership we were in together. His only source of income from these projects was from the profits on each home. He also continued to build quality homes on a contract basis for many others. Over the years we became good friends. I would trust him implicitly and can heartily recommend him.
